Fresh install 99% there but...

can't save Organization Address and Contact Info.
Perhaps files not found. It is so close perhaps pinpoint what is missing?
Joomla 3.3 and civi 4.4.5.
Have tried tuning the php.ini,
memory_limit = 128M
register_globals = off
max_execution_time = 600

I've reinstalled 3 times, no luck, same issue. I am installing from the tmp folder, decompressed civi.
I've used the same server on slightly older versions of joomla (3.2 and civi 4.4.4 no problems installing).
Any suggestions?
There is no alt version that i can find, i've used this successfully in the past.

Here's the error (also as an attachment). I also did the following:
checked all tables in db, all there.
Made a change to this specific table from phpadmin, that was fine (Organization name, Description - just to test).
Went through the Configuration checklist, all worked normally.
I have a few other civi sites on same server working fine, difference is version, here i am trying latest civi 4.4.5 and latest joomla 3.3.0.
Quick comparison of files/folder from civi 4.4.4 version working well on joomla 3.2, files look the same i.e. nothing looks to be missing.

Here's the error message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mobilitycup.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
