More mails reported delivered than intended recipients !

No idea how this is happening.

I am getting mail reports that show more emails actually delivered than the intended recipients.

Is there anyway to debug this?

We've seen this after upgrading from the LTS to 4.4 - I also note

Looking in the table the 2 entries are only 2 seconds apart - which seems to suggest the one process created them
