Changing max participants
May 14, 2014, 01:29:58 pm
Hi.

We have an event in which we set the max participants to 70 people.  We then changed the max to 80.

In spite of this anyone who tries to register after the first 70 people gets a message stating "This event is currently full. However you can register now and get added to a waiting list. You will be notified if spaces become available."

I've cleared the drupal and civicrm caches.  Does anyone have any idea what else needs to be done to get this to work for 80 people?

Thanks.

I figured this out.

You have to make sure the "Participant status processor" job is enabled and configured to run.

Hope this helps someone else!
