Find/Import/Manage Contributions taking user to incorrect pages

Hello all,

Having a very strange problem with CiviCRM - specifically managing Contributions. Clicking on Find or Import Contributions is taking me to the CiviCRM home page and Manage Contributions link takes me to Administer CiviCRM. I have no idea why this occurring. Does anyone know what might cause this? The URL in the browser URL bar is showing what should be the correct URLs for those links.

I have deleted the sites/default/files/civicrm to see if something amiss is going on there but that hasn't resolved the problem.

If anyone has any suggestions on where to start looking to resolve this bug then it'd be appreciated.

Ok odd, I just resaved the settings at /civicrm/admin/setting/updateConfigBackend?reset=1 and that seemed to resolve all the problems.
