Housenumber not visible by adding addresses

Hey,

I think I have discovered a bug in civicrm and I am willing to resolve this. The individual fields for housenumber, street and unit are not visible when adding a new address through the inline address form. Those are only visible when the address is edited.

Is this correct behaviour? If not I will file a issue and submit a patch for it.
