civicrm_strip_non_numeric Page Not Found

I am trying to follow the instructions for fixing civicrm_strip_non_numeric  and /civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1&triggerRebuild=1 gets me a page not found. Is there a way to do the from the command line. I am logged in as a registered user in WordPress. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Steve - the trigger gets automatically rebuild if you just save a phone number in the CRM GUI. You can even overwrite an existing phone number with itself ... this is the first thing I do whenever moving a 4.4 database from one host to another.

Unfortunately I get the same error when trying to save a phone number.

We are running  4.4.2 with Wordpress.

Would upgrading resolve the problem? 

We restored from a backup because that is what we had.  I might be able to go back to the old host an see if they can do a dump of the database from the command line but I do not have access to that directly.

OK, so upgrading appears to have done the trick.
