Custom select field (shows 2 options selected)

I think I have discovered a bug in CiviCRM. I have an option group with values like
  • 127
  • 0127

Both meaning something different.

In the user interface when editing this field, the value 127 is selected. Which is good. But it shows that both 0127 and 127 are selected. See attached screenshots. The database contains only value 127 (which is again correct behaviour). So it looks like the displaying custom field value from option groups are not handled correctly.
