xml to csv

Does anyone have any tips on how to convert the xml file here - http://openlylocal.com/councils/all.xml so that I can import the addresses into civicrm

There are a bunch of online tools  if you google "xml to csv" - newer versions of Excel can also open raw XML files and save as CSV.
