hey folks,

We are trying to setup a survey with a question and texarea to answer. I initially created the custom fields for the activity using "Alphanumeric" and was able to view the survey anonymously and logged in, but the input text box I felt was too small. So I changed it to the Data Type: Note with the "TextArea" for input but now the survey only shows the Contact info and one question that is Yes or No and does not display any of the fields that are Data Type: Note.

UPDATE: Solved by way of the user figuring out that the settings on the questions were not correct it now works

I think this is a permissions issue, the only reason is I tested the feature out on a the demo.civicrm.org and the TextArea works, so I upgraded the instance from 4.4.3 to 4.4.5 in the hopes that that would resolve the issue. It did not

so I am curious if I can get an idea of the permissions granted on demo.civicrm.org to get an idea of what I might need to change.
