Can CiviCRM do this?

    I'm wondering about two things about CiviCRM.

    1. Can CiviCRM offer a CPI compliant solution for donors of a non-profit organization change their payment information online? I.e. their credit card information or their monthly donation amount.

    2. Does CiviCRM offer a way for automating tax receipts? Specifically, making it available somehow to donors online through a website or email.

Guessing CPI translates to PCI in english? Just changing it so that searching for PCI will find this.

PCI Compliance is a feature of your hosting, not the application. You can achieve PCI compliance with CiviCRM, yes.

For tax receipts, there are a few solutions available. Google for "CiviCRM tax receipts" and you will find a Drupal module and an extension and others.
