How can I add a .png (advertising CiviCRM) to the footer?

I know I MUST have run across this before because I have a folder/directory named "bugs" which contains 8 nicely-designed banners, blocks and words promoting CiviCRM.

Now, I can't find any posts or documentation indicating how one can add one of these to the footer. And, if added to footer.tpl (just a guess), would this appear on any front-end screen? Event registration, donation, etc.?
 
I won't attach them all here, but I am attaching the one I'd like to use (see below). Can anyone provide the text/code for this one, named "words_small.png"?

Yes - you could create a custom copy of the footer template (templates/CRM/common/footer.tpl) and add the image within the civicrm-footer div (last section of that template). In 2.0 - this will appear on all CiviCRM pages. In 2.1 - we are planning on suppressing the footer for "public-facing" page (online contributions, event registration, profiles).

Time flies... it's been awhile since I asked this question.

Thank you, Dave! I want to advertise CiviCRM (in a graphic way) so I'll get that custom footer going.
