Number on Memberships Tab in Contact Details View

See the attached screen shot for reference.  You can see that the number displayed on the Memberships tab in the Contact Detail View only counts active memberships.  Older versions of CiviCRM used to count all memberships (inactive as well) and this is what I want.  Is there a config setting somewhere that will cause the number on this tab to reflect all memberships?

I don't think there's a config setting to change that behavior.
