Unknown error when Registration goes live

I created an event for a workshop we're doing, but when it went Live, it totally messed up the page it was posted on. I received the following error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/pageone/www/www/wp-content/themes/responsive/header.php:25) in /home/pageone/www/www/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System.php on line 349

What does this mean? I have a Wordpress site and recently updated the theme. Could that have something to do with it?

Yes, that may well be the problem. Try another theme to test.
