Way to Determine Real Email Address from Bounce Tracking Address?

I got an abuse report from an ISP and while the original email address of the recipient is obfuscated, the CiviMail tracking address is not. Is there a way to use this to find out the original recipient and unsubscribe them from the mailing list?
