new country breaks design because it is soooo long

there is a new country in the db

Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba

but in the dropdown selectors, eg on Localisation page, or on a Donation page, it shows as

Caribbean Netherlands - Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba (Netherlands Special Municipalities)

where does this come from? and can it be changed in core so it shows the ISO name instead?
