Odd error

Hello,

When a person is trying to use out monthly donation page, she is getting an error I haven't seen before:

"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
The Contact Sub Type does not match the Contact type for this record

Return to home page."

Does anyone know why this is occurring? There isn't any contact subtype specific information being collected, just individual (she does have a subtype, but she is also an individual, so this shouldn't matter).
