Cannot install Offline Recurring Contributions

I have no trouble installing other modules.  But this one gives this error upon trying to install from the in site interface



Unable to extract the extension: bad directory structure

Extension Upgrade Failed
Download failed - ZIP file is unavailable or malformed

I have 4.4.5 on a d7 install

Ya, it's only this extension that has the issue.   Have since manually installed which worked.
