Request - Default duration for Events
June 20, 2014, 11:04:32 am
Hello,

My team and I have been using the CiviCRM event manager.  It has been very helpful for us, with one pitfall.

Right now when creating an event, you can select a date and time, but not have an end time.  This creates problems because if an event doesn't have an end time, it will always be listed under "Current and Upcoming Events" in the event manager, which is the default view for the event manager.

My suggested solution would be to have a default duration for every event (like Google Calendar), set to 1 hour.

Thanks,
bstalcup
