Hi All -

Using CiviCRM 4.4.4 on Drupal 7 - 

On my event registration page I have a profile which includes a groups field, to allow users to sign up for mailing lists. It correctly displays only groups which are configured for public pages. However when the user registers for an event and receives a confirmation email, the confirmation email shows ALL groups they are a member of, including ones which are not set to display on public pages.

We have some internal groups that we use to, for example, identify contacts with no contributions.

Of course we do not want users to see that they are a member of this group, it's for internal use only.

How to fix this?
