Custom Profile Fields for guests

For my Users, I created custom fields on their profile pages, which work well. But these fields are not showing for "guest" users. Only if you are logged in, they show up. Rights are all set for the "guest" user in Drupal Roles/Rights Management. Am I missing a civicrm option to activate custom fields for guests?
Btw I did use "Public Pages and Listings" on visibilty for the fields. And all non-custom fields show up for guests.

I know you say

but can you double check that your guest users have the permission "Access all custom data"?
