Bounce fetch job failing

ok removed all emails from the bounce account inbox and the job no longer reports failure (of course there is nothing to process here).

Then did a test when a new email was received in bounce account inbox.

The job succeeds but the mail is not moved to processed or ignored folder.

How should I go about debugging such a case?
