OK .. here's another issue I'm having.

I've got new members requesting membership using Civicrm, the person is added to the rolls, and to the Joomla Users.  However, the authentication/verification email is not sent out, so that the user doesn't verify their email address, which then does not notify the site admin that we have a new user and we need to grant access.

So, I get a copy of the registration, verify their background, then wait for the site admin email which never shows up.

I seem to recall that this was working previously, what has changed?
