Problem selecting language localisation
July 01, 2014, 10:43:18 am
Hi,
I am installing CiviCRM in a Joomla! 3.2.3, with PHP 5.3.28, and uploaded the language file to the hosting.
There are all the language files under com_civicrm/l10n path.
When I try to select the localisation language, it only shows English (United States) option to select.
I would be grateful if you can give me any clue ablout where can I find the solution.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Are you sure you have downloaded the language files and you have the rights to access the files?

Hi Erik,
thanks for answering. I think so. I attach a capture from the ftp access to the file system, indicating where are located the language files.
If you see something wrong, I'll appreciate your comments.
Thanks in advance,
Pablo

Please review https://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/i18n+Administrator%27s+Guide where it says:

Quote
For Joomla this would be site_root/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm

You have yours in site_root/components/com_civicrm/civicrm it appears.

Mr. Lobo (Hershel), problem solved!!! It was the 'administrator' part missed in the path.
Thanks indeed!
