Author Topic: Help! Event registration form is working, confirmation page not showing up (Read 1790 times)

This is on a Drupal 5.7 site:

I have an event form here at the following path:

/civicrm/event/register?reset=1&action=preview&id=23

(that's the test path). When I submit my form, it's giving a blank white screen = the confirmation page that shows up usually, does not show up now. It was working fine when I had the CiviCRM and Drupal site in a sub folder. I moved my site to our server root and now everything appears to be working except the form submission - the confirmation page is not appearing.

Can someone offer some help/suggestions? Where should I look to troubleshoot?

If you hit "back" button in your browser after getting on blank confirmation page, are seeing any errors?

When you submit and get the white screen, check your apache logs and see if there is a fatal error showing up.
