RIP Google Checkout payment processor?
July 04, 2014, 06:25:58 am
I've just tried setting up payments through Google using the Google Checkout payment processor.  Google Checkout has been deprecated in favour of Google Wallet from November 2013.  I tried using the Google Checkout payment processor to connect using the instructions provided here http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Google+Checkout+Configuration but it's not looking good.  I get this error when trying to make a purchase: "Invalid response code received from Google Checkout: 404".  I was using the recommended Google Checkout test site URL https://sandbox.google.com/checkout

If this processor is really terminally wounded, I'm really surprised at the lack of traffic on this site about it.  Doesn't ANYONE use Google Checkout / Wallet?
