Looking for Civi consultant to improve and expand our configuration

We are a small nonprofit looking for a consultant to help us improve how our CiviCRM installation works as a whole, and to get some new features working for us. We have been using CiviCRM with Drupal 6 since 2011. Implementation has been piecemeal and lacking an overall plan. See attachment for details and contact information.
