[FIXED] Mailing - "Send a Test Mailing" button not a button

The button "Send a Test Mailing" in step 4 of Mailings is just text, and not a button in my 4.5 beta 2 (although it works as a button).  But in the sandbox (beta 3?) it's OK, so maybe not a problem.
