[FIXED] Issue when adding new tag to a contact

Hello,

I created a tag, with a parent tag, then I selected a contact and check the new tag.

I got an error message saying : "Sorry an error occurred and your information was not saved" but the number in the tab "Title" has changed from 1 to 2. However when I refresh the page, it endeed only displayed only the tag that was already assigned to this user, and not the one I wanted to add. See enclosed picture.

Test perfomed on http://wordpress.sandbox.civicrm.org/ - Civi 4.5 b3 / 2 computers, different networks, FX and Chrome.

Update : it worked if you add the new tag by editing the whole contact profile, but not from the dedicated "Tags" tab.
