Fix for strict warning when making eWAY payment

When making a payment with the in-core eWAY payment processor, the following warning is issued.

Strict warning: Non-static method XML_Util::replaceEntities() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in GatewayRequest->CreateNode() (line 235 of /var/www/citybibleforum/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/eWAY/eWAY_GatewayRequest.php).

I have created issue CRM-15014 and PR https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-packages/pull/70 for this.
