Dashlet to show logged in User's Membership Data

I realize that dashlets are just reports. With that in mind, is there a way to show a user their memberhship data? That way they can update the contact info on their own info? I already found the correct user priviledge to allow this, but I have failed to actually find a way to do it.

In Drupal this is done with Views.  There is no direct equivalent in Wordpress, but some people use this Plugin to gather CiviCRM data.

Try CiviTeacher: the online video tutorial CiviCRM learning library.
