Hi
I need to link a contact, event and case) to a Dropbox or Google Apps, or Box folder.
My association provide grants to youngs in order to help them to travel.
We plan to use CiviCase because the process is "heavy" and involves  5 or 6 type of contacts ( teachers, readers and members of a Jury, journaist, and a school). The youngs must deliver their study reports, their journey log, an accounting report, pictures, even videos, internet sites.
The idea is to create a folder for each Young that is a candidate to a grant, and it will be easy with CiviCRM case and this folder to easily have all the information during the  process which last two years for those who complete the process. Each person invoved, knowing thanks to CiviCRM the link to the folder it will be easy to work together knowing that these people can be in severals towns of France.
