Plain-Text Format window not available when creating new mailing

Hi.

I have a civi 4.4.5 installation running on a wordpress 3.9.1 installation.  The "Plain-Text Format" window does not open when composing a new mass email.  Has anyone seen this or know of a fix?

In chrome, please open up the javascript debugger (right clicking then clicking 'Inspect element' on anything should open the correct window), the click on "plain text" and let us know if there's an error.

I don't see any errors when I check the developer console.

Can you try the same in Firefox with Firebug installed and opened? Our guess is that it's a Javascript conflict with something else in your site.

Again there is nothing.

I've installed nothing but civicrm and wordpress.  No additional plugins.

If you want to see for yourself let me know and I'll supply some temp credentials.

I looked at this site and there are no JS errors in Firebug and also no JS or CSS files missing. The Plain Text won't open and the HTML won't close, however. The demo site works fine of course.

I don't know what the problem is.
 
All I could suggest is to upgrade to 4.4.6 and clear your caches and see if that helps.
