Only updating CiviCRM tables, not updating specific tables

When upgrading my webform_civicrm module from 2.3 to version 2.7 only the standard civicrm-table/records are updated when saving a webform, and not the civicrm-table/records we made ourselves.
When saving a webform the webform_submission_data is correct, but they are not populated to the values in the civicrm-tables (drupal and civicrm tables are in 1 database).

However, the correct values from the previously saved records are shown in the webform, so it looks like a one-way correct link...

Just upgraded CiviCRM to version 4.3.8, but that made no difference, replaced version 2.7 by the old 2.3 version and the problem was gone. Saving my webforms returned the correct changed data.
Something to do with the suffix of those records?? F.I. civicrm_value_status_11 ?
