Looks like World Region has stopped working in 4.4.6

On demo, try doing a search for North America. It brings up no contacts, which is strange since '- Any region -' and USA brings up 225.

I've debugged the query and there's a mismatch in the WHERE statement. I've asked Coleman to take a look as I think it might be related to some of the pseudoconstant refactoring done in 4.4.
