Personal Campaign URL Broken

Ive been stuck for days on this now. Using wordpress, whenever I input the personal campaign creation url it leads me to a 404 page. can anyone help with this? it says

You can also place additional links (or menu items) allowing constituents to create their own fundraising pages using the following URL:
http://robgon.org/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contribute/campaign&action=add&reset=1&pageId=1&component=contribute

and this url leads to a 404 page. ahh!!!
