Method Not Implemented - error in administrator mailer settings

Hi,

when i click the admin link to mailer settings, I get the error

Method Not Implemented
GET to /~ucprol/www.mylifecoach.be/index.php not supported.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm using civicrm 4.4.5 and drupal 7.28
