Edit Registration submitted in Webform
August 04, 2014, 03:35:06 am
Hi,

Is there any way to allow participants (Drupal authenticated users) to edit their registration data once the webform_civicrm was submitted?
I limited the webform submission to 1 per user (they can register only once to the event), so accessing again to the webform is not longer possible. Even if I add cid and checksum in the URL.

I'm not sure Event's registration self-service is 100% covered with webforms.

Any ideas?

cheers!

The 1-per-user limit you added is not necessary... webform_civicrm only allows them to register once for the event anyway. If they submit the form again they will be updating their participant info, which is what you want.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

tx coleman,
so in that case I think might be an issue with "multipage" webform. Couldn't find any related issue in the bug tracker

My Webform has 4 pages and uses "Save as Draft" Webform feature
When I access back to the submitted form, all the fields in the first page are populated (only exception is the Employee of field, which is empty), but from that page on the rest of fields (Participant fields and custom fields) are empty.

I will create a new Webform in similar conditions and test if it works in a multipage setup as you described.

cheers!
