Setting up PayPal Pro Hosted as a payment processor
August 11, 2014, 02:34:52 am
Hello - we've recently moved to Paypal Pro Hosted payments[1]. This is different to Paypal Pro Direct payments which we were previously using. When we contacted Paypal for support on the switch to Pro Hosted they said:

Quote
In order to use “PayPal Pro Hosted” it’s only needed the PayPal Business email account and I see in your last email that “Website Payments Pro” they are asking you the API credentials (username, password, signature) which is used for “PayPal Pro Direct” (for this you will need HTTPs and to be PCI compliance).

In the CiviCRM documentation for “Website Payments Pro” doesn’t mention anything about Hosted or Direct.

Is anyone else using Paypal Pro Hosted payments and if so how have you set this up as a payment processor?

Thanks
Martin
