Limit of 20 Cases in Cases Tab?

I have a contact with 38 cases, as appropriately reflected in the count on the Cases tab.  When I click to the Cases tab from the contact's record, I see:

This page lists all case records for XXX. Click Add Case to add a case record for this contact.

But the display is for only 20 Cases.  If I play with the sorts, I can get the Cases I need to show, but there is no pager or anything to identify that there are more cases beyond the default of 20.

Am I missing a setting somewhere to show more cases?  Or should there be a pager, or...?

Good point. You might be the first person to hit that limit.
I've added the pager for the upcoming version 4.5. Incentive to upgrade ;)
