HI
Look at the screen
Edit adress, I clic on edit détails. I expect to edit email adress but Civicrm goes to edit adresses (geographical)

I don't understand. The screenshot you attached just looks like a regular "edit contact" screen. What's wrong with it?

Also, beta6 has just been released, can you switch to that for your testing?

Hi !
Look at the line "Email add"
I wanted to edit the Email adress? I cliked on the drawing a little pen; a new window open, and I could see a table. But this table has nothing to do to edit email adresses,  it was a table to edit "geografic adresses"

For me it seems to be a bug, I do not see what I could do wrong.

Ah, I see what you mean...

The little pen is next to the "location" select field. Clicking on it allows you to edit the select options (home, work, etc).

To edit the email you don't need to click on any buttons or open any popup, you can just edit it.
Try asking your question on the new CiviCRM help site.

Hi
I installed the 4.5.6 version, now it is ok, perfect.
I am continuing testing, it is a bit slow because I am a beginne and I need ton often go back to the documentation.
