[FIXED] Add new SMS provider - get 'Leave Page' or 'Stay on Page' dialogue

In my Beta 6 install I have Clickatell extension installed but in adding it in 'Manage -- SMS Providers' as soon as I select Clickatell from the drop down in the popup I get the 'Leave Page' or 'Stay on Page' dialogue.  Choose either and you end up in the right place anyway so this is trivial.  I noticed this behaviour somewhere else but can't remember where!
But worse, after doing this the menu system stopped working properly - that is, where this is a sub menu pointed by an arrow the sub menu doesn't appear anymore.  I'll try & reproduce this... (later) had to restart the browser to clear this but couldn't reproduce.

I also get this same problem on the 'Add Payment Processor' page in beta 7.  Couldn't reproduce on the sandbox as I don't have that permission.

Set up a mailing and schedule for advanced mailing - see 'schedule.jpg'

When you click on 'submit', message appears - see 'submit.jpg'

Chrome and beta7 on Joomla 3.3.3
