[FIXED] 4.5.6 impossible de create a simple organization

Bonjour
I wanted to create a simple organization for my test of CiviMember and CiviContribution
I got the message
"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
Could not find valid value for ct

Return to home page."

I give to you in attachement th organization form

After a while, I tried again, and I could endly enter this organization
