Hello, I have an employee who is currently a web developer and is interested in learning CIVICRM. I would love to send her to a conference or seminar, other than the User Summit in Washington, DC are there any other educational opportunities happening in the US this year?

Also, does anyone have an recommendations of online tutorials that you have found to be particularly helpful?
