Steps to reproduce on
http://sandbox.joomla.civicrm.org/administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contact/view&reset=1&cid=203

Find 'demo' contact
On Summary tab, click 'Add address'
Click 'Use another contact's address'

Drop-down appears to find another contact.  It is too narrow to be useful:

Seems to be caused by joomla.css. I'll take a look...

https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/3950 fixes it.
