In common-base the 5367 string, is too complicated to my English:
 Frobincation is a footastical operation

Can you explain me ???

That string is nonsense so not suprising you could not translate  ::)  :o
It is actually in a comment here: https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/2d8a82639167ea6328f334d23b46d7a79982e060/js/angular-crm-ui.js so no need to translate. Probably a good idea to submit an issue to change it to an already existing string so it does not appear / and / or avoid picking up strings that are in comments, if at all possible.

Someone with amazing regex kung-foo could probably whip up an ideal fix, but for now I've changed the string to an existing one.
