Viewing Activities Cut Off

Hello

Not sure if this is a bug or something I have done to Civi.

I was viewing an Activity from a Contact.
I was testing 4.5 Beta 8 on Joomla and this is what's displayed with some custom fields. (Attached.)

Clearly too big.
Apologies if it's something I have done but worth reporting in case it was not.
If it is a bug and you'd like the ability to login to our test site and check, please PM me.
