Hi Torsten

I am just looking at a problem with sending reminders based on Membership Join Date. I had it set to send at eg 1 hour after, or 0 hours after, and I had the Sched Job set at both daily, then at 'each cron' but I was still not getting reminders going out.

Discussing it with Eileen we concluded that this might be a problem specifically related to Memberships but thought I should flag it here in case it rings any bells for you. (or someone else)

WHen Memberships are created they only have a date, no time. So it seems likely that the Sched Job is having trouble picking up that there are reminders due if they are set on an 'hourly' setting. Make sense?

I am now waiting to see if the problem disappears when I set the SchedReminder to go 1 day after Join Date.

I suspect this is not related to your issue since Activities should have a Date/Time but thought I would throw it in to the mix.

I also have a sense that something might have changed in last few months, as I had a Sched Reminder firing for 0 hours after Join Date - but that seems to have stopped in the last couple of months (I can say what version it might link to as Eileen often backports future fixes to our own repo so we are never running a standard version)

(ps my issue may be a 'documentation bug' ie Sched Reminders can't run x hours after Join Date, in which case the documentation should make that clear)
