[FIXED] WP 4.5.8 Saving New Custom field pop up (minor)

A relatively minor display issue, but
 I have noticed when using a small screen - like my laptop
When I go to click 'save' or 'Save and New' to create a new Custom field
- if i am using the buttons at the bottom of the 'New field' pop-up screen
- and to do this I scroll to the bottom half of the pop-up

Then upon pressing the button nothing indicates a button has successfully been pressed - until the process is complete - which may take some time depending on internet or db speed etc.

This is because only the top half of the pop up page is greyed out, with the spinning CiviCRM icon.
but you cannot see this from the bottom half of the window..
Any chance the grey out- could cover more of the window

First attachment shows the pop up buttons - after pressed
Second screenshot shows the grey border forming only on the top half of the window

Agreed.
I was able to fix that in the latest round of dialog improvements:
https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/4041
