When trying to create a report for addition to the dashboard and navigation menu everything happens correctly except for the link url. The url is not being properly created so that link in the dropdown nav bar menu does not work. It works if you click on report lisking and find the report there but it has the wrong url if you try to add it to the dropdown menu. See URL examples below:

NOTE: Curiously this behaviour only seems to happen with the Event Participant Reports and templates

i'm assuming u r on a more recent civi version than what your profile indicates

Can you try and setup the same on the demo server and see if u can reproduce the issue
