Need to reset background jobs, some not running
September 04, 2014, 05:27:00 am
I've had a problem with Civimail stopping during a mailing (see  http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,34070.msg144449.html#msg144449  Now, the only background tasks that are running according to the schedule are 'Fetch bounces' and 'Clean Up Temporary Data and Files' - the rest don't run anymore.  I've tried disabling and enabling jobs but that makes no difference.

Is there a way (there must be!) to do a 'reset' on the background tasks and start over?  At present scheduled mailings and SMS are dead on this installation.  Is there a table that holds the schedule that I can empty?  This is on 4.4.6

I think I've solved this... there was a crash in Civimail reported by cron which I think must have been the third job to run - so I was getting 2 jobs run OK but then the crash meant no more jobs were run.  Once I (permanently) deleted the contact causing the problem the crash disappeared and subsequent jobs ran.  The crash was apparently caused by reply processing (see http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,34070.msg144449.html#msg144449  Still looking at that...
